It's been an interesting time with having kids at home participating in virtual schooling while many parents are working from home at the same time.  There have been many challenges thrown a families and one in particular is how to keep younger kids busy while being stuck at home so much.

Sure, you can throw them on the tablet or in front of the TV, but as we all know, too much of that is not a good thing.  There are other options out there though to give kids or anyone another creative outlet.  One such thing is with Whole Foods Co-Op and it's totally free other than buying some ingredients, and you can do it from home.

Chefs of all ages are invited to be part of a virtual class, just in time for Christmas.  Participants will be able to make all kinds of holiday treats to enjoy as a family or that would be perfect for gift giving this year.  Recipes will include things like Cinnamon Sugar Nuts, Cookie Coal, and Reindeer Chow.

So you can be ready to work in the kitchen along with the class, a list of ingredients will be made available several days prior to the class, and the morning of, you will be sent Zoom meeting information after you have registered.  It takes place on Saturday, December 12th from 11:00AM-Noon and you can get yourself registered and get more information on other events this host HERE.
