One of the best feel-good stories on this season of NBC's The Voice continued when Barron, Wisconsin native Chris Kroeze advanced into the top 10.

The small-town father of two impressed everyone again with his singing and guitar talents during his performance of the Doobie Brothers’ “Long Train Runnin” Monday night, which featured fan favorite songs.  His coach, Blake Shelton, delivered more raving comments again saying “You just keep getting better every single performance.”

The Voice also had a live shot from a watch party in Barron, Wisconsin where approximately 1,800 people attended to cheer on the hometown favorite.  In addition to Kroeze's family, friends and community, family members of Jayme Closs were in attendance supporting Chris.  In an previous episode, he had dedicated his rendition of 'Let It Be' to the missing teen.

Chris Kroeze's next chance to continue what we hope is his winning journey on The Voice will come when he takes the stage on Monday, December 3.
