When it comes to groceries in the Twin Ports, we have a lot of options for shopping.

Of course, you can hit up the grocery departs of big box stores like Walmart, or when buying in bulk shop at places like Sam's Club or Costco.  We also have great options in the region like SuperOne with plenty of locations and lots of grocery options.

Another option that I myself often forget about is Whole Foods Co-op.  Not only does Whole Foods Co-op employ over 150 people between two stores in the Duluth area, but they also partner with farmers in Minnesota and Wisconsin which really helps benefit the whole community.

Whole Foods Co-op features a wide range of organic and natural products for people to choose from when shopping and while there are benefits to being a member with them, you don't have to be to shop there.

Personally, when I worked closer to one of their locations, I would often stop in and grab items for lunch and always appreciated what I came out of the store with.

In an effort to show more people the organic and natural food options available, they are having an open house that you're invited to.  On Friday, January 19th, you can visit them at their Denfeld location at 4426 Grand Avenue in Duluth from 1:00-2:00PM.  During that time, you can explore what they have to offer, try some samples, and get a taste of their products to see if they are a good fit for you and your family.
