MN Youth Deer Hunt Begins This Weekend, Everyone Wear Blaze Orange

Archery season has been underway for several weeks now in Minnesota. Blaze orange isn't required for archery, but beginning this weekend it is required because of the youth firearm hunt beginning.

The MN DNR yearly holds a youth firearm hunt ahead of the rifle season. It's a chance for younger hunters to get a better shot, (no pun intended) at a deer and to learn the ways of hunting.

No matter how you are hunting now, you need to wear the state required minimum blaze orange requirements.
